About this course
As an Infrastructure Technician, your job is to ensure all hardware, networks, and software are installed correctly and working to spot and fix any errors. Yes, you can get free training if you’re unemployed and (1) claiming Jobseeker’s Allowance, (2) in an Employment and Support Allowance work-related activity group, or (3) required to do training as part of your Universal Credit claim.
Yes, you can still get free training even if you already have a BA, BSc, NVQ, or any level 3 qualification and higher if you’re (1) unemployed, or (2) you earn below the National Living Wage annually.
